Personal data is any information that can identify you, such as your name, email address or IP address. We only process it as far as needed to run this website, answer your questions and prepare a possible collaboration. We do not sell your personal data.

For visitors from the European Union, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), Art. 6(1)(b) (contract and pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests).

3. Hosting & server logs

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit, the server automatically records information your browser sends:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page visited and referring URL
• browser type, operating system and device

We need this data to deliver the website securely and reliably. Netlify processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See netlify.com/privacy for details.

4. Application form

When you apply through our form, we process the information you provide:

• name and age
• email address
• social media handle (optional)
• details about your current OnlyFans account (optional)
• your goals and message (optional)

Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms (see section 3) and forwarded by email to info@tony-studios.com. We use them to review your application, contact you and prepare a possible collaboration. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

We ask for your age because we only work with people aged 18 or older. We delete applications from minors immediately.

5. Email & social media

If you contact us by email or on Instagram, we process your message and contact details to reply to you. On social media platforms, the privacy policy of the respective provider also applies, for example Meta Platforms for Instagram.

6. Google Fonts

We use fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted. We use this for a consistent design of our website. 7. Video

Our intro video is loaded directly from our own web space. No data is shared with video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo.

8. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising services. If we add such services in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

9. International transfers

Tony Studios LLC is based in the United States, so data you send us is processed in the US. For visitors from the EU, we rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR where the transfer is needed to prepare or carry out a collaboration with you, and on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification of our host Netlify.

10. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for its purpose. If no collaboration comes about, we delete application data no later than 6 months after the application process ends. If we work together, statutory retention periods apply.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you
• correct inaccurate data
• have your data deleted
• restrict or object to processing
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future

To use any of these rights, email info@tony-studios.com. Visitors from the EU may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

12. California residents

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we have collected about you and request that we delete or correct it by emailing info@tony-studios.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

13. Security & minors

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock icon and "https://" in your browser's address bar.

Our services are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
